COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superior Electric IOD007 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD112DN015N2M130PB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDSC1CV110 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDV60A00555A3400 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand M10183035 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Metra-Instruments such as M1010BT equipment made by Metra-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Metra-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Metra-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ISM140310 made by Cognex as well as the popular JANCDFC2001 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDF12150300W1115 by Indramat and M1010BT spares by Metra-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKD112B024KPOBN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
